Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship across South Africa via Bob Go courier services. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through the Bob Go tracking portal. Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Heaven's Touch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 7–21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
