At Heaven's Touch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You may request a return within 10 to 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@heavenstouch.store or call +27 67 730 4052 with a photo of the item.
